Job Title: E-Commerce Associate (Amazon Seller Account Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller account. This key role will involve overseeing all aspects of the account, including product listings, inventory management, advertising campaigns, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Amazon account management, a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage the daily operations of our Amazon Seller account, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  •  Address and resolve account-related issues, including listing discrepancies, policy violations, and any operational challenges.

Product Listings:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability on Amazon.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies to maintain profitability while staying aligned with market trends.

Advertising & Promotions:

  • Manage the daily operations of our Amazon Seller account, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  •  Address and resolve account-related issues, including listing discrepancies, policy violations, and any operational challenges.

Compliance & Risk Management: 

  • Ensure strict adherence to Amazon’s policies and guidelines to prevent account issues, suspensions, or penalties. 
  • Proactively identify and address risks related to account health, product compliance, and market conditions. 
  • Guarantee that all products meet Amazon’s quality standards and legal requirements.

Customer Services

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner, addressing issues and resolving complaints.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive reputation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage returns and refunds promptly to maintain customer trust and retention.

Performance Analysis: 

  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve sales, customer experience, and 
    operational efficiency.
  • Conduct competitive research to remain proactive and uncover new market 
    opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing Amazon Seller accounts or in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and PPC campaign management. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • This is a work-from-office position. 
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
