Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Amazon Seller Onboarding & Account Management

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to onboard new sellers on Amazon and manage their seller accounts. This role involves identifying potential sellers, guiding them through the registration process, and optimizing their accounts for maximum sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: 

  • Identify and reach out to potential sellers to join the Amazon marketplace. 
  • Educate sellers about the benefits of selling on Amazon and assist them in completing the registration process. 
  • Ensure successful account activation, including proper documentation, category 
    approvals, and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines. 

Product Listings:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability on Amazon.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies to maintain profitability while staying aligned with market trends.

Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization: 

  • Develop strategies to increase seller sales and revenue on Amazon. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and recommend pricing and 
    promotional activities. 
  • Educate sellers on Amazon programs (e.g., FBA, Lightning Deals, Coupons) to 
    enhance their business. 

 Relationship Management & Retention: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded sellers to ensure long-term engagement.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 
    • Experience: Experience in E-commerce, Business Development, Sales Freshers with strong communication skills can apply). 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital marketing tools is a plus. 
    • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and a passion for e-commerce.

    Work Environment:

    • This is a work-from-office position. 
    • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
